Is Toronto's housing market in a bubble? Not quite, analyst says

As home prices in Toronto continue to increase, economists continue to debate whether or not the city’s housing market is indeed in a “bubble.” Market analyst Dana Senagama won’t use the term to describe Toronto’s market but concedes that “problematic conditions” persist.
